Minolta Toyota 88C-V

Tyres F/R:
R3/R1 Doesnt really matter when you're after the wheelie. These setting was originally composed to go 355+ mph without a wheelie. If you want to try that, just add front downforce.

NOS: 70

Suspension F/R:
Springs - 4.0/4.0
Rideheight - 105/55
Damper Bound - 10/1
Damper Rebound - 10/1
Camber - 1.0/0.5
Stabilisers - 1/2

Gearing:
1 - 3.930
2 - 2.410
3 - 1.675
4 - 1.320
5 - 1.008
6 - 0.800
Final - 2.515
Auto - 25
Set final to max first, then max auto, adjust final to 2.515, and the rest as stated above.

Downforce F/R:
From 38 to 59 is a certain wheelie/88. Experiment a little with this, so you can get enough traction to make the turn without hitting the sidefence.

LSD: 60/60/15

edit: anything not mensioned is 0 or doesn't matter.

ekmatt is right, Usually, road cars with aftermarket spoilers will not wheelie.

TeamQuick
These are the original Minolta Wheelie Settings, It pushes past 365mph on 2 wheels and Maintains a nice wheelie while doing so

Unfortunatly, you most probably didnt see a charger do a wheelie (Maybe some one snapping a Pic when the wheels bounce from landing a jump hard (Seattle's Hill causes this for example) But I doubt very much a charger did a wheelie from its own power, Id love to be proved wrong with a set up though :)
