Theme: "British Bulldog"

Take a photo of a British car that has an aggressive or bulldog-like apparance.


What: Any British car

Where: Any Track or Photo Travel location

Entry requirements

• You may submit one entry. It must be your own work not previously entered in a competition.
• Please mark your Final Entry clearly.
• You must post your entry either as a thumbnail, or as a preview linked to the full image.
• Previews should be no larger than 400 pixels along the longest side, be it vertical or horizontal.
• We recommend you use a free image hosting service such as or
• Photos must be taken from a normal version of GT4, do not use any cheats or Game Shark codes to modify the game content.
• Please do not ask other members to choose your entry. Have confidence in your own skills and go with your favourite shot(s).

Image enhancement rules
(what you can and can't do in Photoshop etc.)

• You may adjust brightness, contrast and gamma values.
• You may rotate, crop and resize the image.
• You may add a border and signature to your entry.
• You may NOT adjust levels, hue, saturation, curves or sharpen the image.

And Atlop, British Bulldog is a brutal game!

Basically two "teams" 10 in each, charge to the other side of the field. teams charging opposite ways, the point is to take out as many people as possible without getting taken out your self. Kinda like rugby!

Personally I think the Vanquishes fit the theme the most, no offence to the other entries but the Vanquish was the car that I was mainly thinking of while setting the theme. All the entries are good though so I think all have a even chance at the moment.

Actually, if you search in Google for “British Bulldog Cars” you will come up with Aston Martin Vantage. And normally, the Aston Martin are referred has the British Bulldog cars.

But of course, everyone has is on interpretation of a British bulldog car, but actually, when I first view the theme, I automatically connected to Aston Martin, and after I saw who had chosen, I had almost no doubt that an Aston Martin was the most…suitable (?) car to the theme. 👍

I haven't took a shot? Oh wait you mean the car. Well seeming the car is a Vauxhall in that picture and is the VX220 Turbo then it should technically be fine as it isn't the Opel version.

not really sure why i haven't seen any TVR's here yet. perhaps i dont really understand the theme. just hope my entry's ok. i was gonna use the speed 12, but i dont really feel like shooting a new photo. so i used this old one that's been sitting in my hd for a while now. it's actually an old tourney reject

i dont think anyone used a TVR becasue it doesn't look close enough to a bulldog probably.

i dont see how your espirit cannot be submitted though i dont see how showing the back will meet the theme itself.

To get a shot of the car to make an impression of a bulldog is ideally what you want here. does that help?
