my pics are all named the same, uploaded to the same gallery - so why does it exceed in this poll, but works fine in the others?

Well, I don't think there is a posted limit in the rules (not sure), but your file name or whatever should've been shorter. I just leave it as it is from the game (for example, IMG403o for this comp).

I am really sorry Araba, and I hate to do this, but I (and the other hosts) are, from a couple of weeks until today, warning and warning and warning to people to be more careful with entries names, to try and not pass the poll character limit. What we do, normally, is to re-upload the picture with another name to an alternative album. Almost every week the same thing, so I added (one month from today) a new rule that reads:

Your entry may not exceed the poll character limit. (5 characters is enough to name your image)

Still people seem to give big names to their entries, even with our never ending warnings about poll character limit… so the most extreme action was done, maybe this way, people remember to keep their entries names small…

Araba, if it helps...make the name of you photobucket folder shorter or dont use a folder at all. 👍
I used the link below to get your count. It was 218.
Its too bad this had to be done, but it has been an ongoing issue for every host for awhile.

If you tend to use really long names or have a few folders in photobucket...go here...and check the character count
