Hands down, the Lotus and Mercedes-Benz showed action packed overtaking, as did the Subaru and NSX shot. However, the Lotus and MB did it for me.

I'm surprised at so many people voting for the three Nissan's. I can't even tell which one is passing the others, so that definitely leaves the overtaking aspect out for me.
