I love being able to be the first to say this...

Gunsai Touge
That's a link to youtube showing the F430 doing Gunsai with Tsuchiya behind the wheel. :mischievous:

Maybe GT5 would give us that? I doubt it but dreams... They can't take that away from me. :dopey:

edit
I'd really like to see the course of the Rally Floria. 👍

-> I recall that I've posted something in regards to point-to-point racing. I've dig this one out from an old thread long time ago, here it is:

The Vanishing Boy
-> Hi! Since I'm a regular on the cars wishlist let try this out. (:

^ Enjoy! (:

^ Guess what, these are the roads that was inspired from Initial D. These roads would be perfect to back up Eiger and Pike's Peak!

(:

Dakar Rally.

And maybe the Baja 1000, just because I have vague memories of it as a SNES game as a kid. I haven't really looked into the Baja 1000, though.

Something told me Kent was going to put a touge board here. :) But sprint to sprint races is a great idea, since you don't have another lap to help make up your mistake, and you don't have to lap over and over.

^ Dude I think we should merge the thread to you own Track Wishlist V2.0.

-> If PD could add the Goodwood hillclimb course that would be awesome! I would really like to test the upcoming S2000CR there.

-> Plus theres another hillclimb track in Britain, I kinda forgot the name but it was shown in Top Gear when a riced-out Peugeot hatchback raced against a frog-eyed Sprite roadster and lost barely.

both that track and that video is excellent

The only point-to-point 'race' I would like to see is the Pikes Peak Hillclimb.

Up and downhill! But we would need some special cars then, like the Suzuki Cultus and maybe even some 750HP+ open wheel class buggys.
Man, I would love to see that!
Hillclimb is the only kind rallying and p2p racing I want to see in GT5 if they get the mud and gravel physics for Pikes Peak right. :dopey:

And what about the Grossglockner street for p2p racing? Its the highest mountain in Austria and goes up to 10170 feet and it does not even have guardrails!

I fully agree with vanishing boy lol they do need some touge tracks that are p2p

what do you guys think the chances of getting one are?

It seems you guys are just thinking vertically... I'd like to see a Dakar point to point race or a Baja one. Since the rally courses in all of the GT games that had it were rubbish. Rally driving is still something I've yet to enjoy in a console racing game. So hopefully someone will get it right.

Dakar Rally:

tarmac rally courses. theres just something magical about seeing a car going in a straight line, rotating but still going in that same straight line, then suddenly turning as smooth as butter without having clouds of dust and dirt behind it.

it would be great if they did huge online races kinda like the gumball on stages that they have made just for the event. and each stage is run at a time on a day of the week, and the things should be miles and miles long, and point to point. and at the end of the stage log out and come back the next day at the time to take part in the next stage, would be cool.
