Poliyphony Formula Gran Turismo '04 Tyres

Hi All, I just went through the Nurburgring 24 hours (with a bit of help from my B-Spec driver, who alternate my driving), and I won this Formula Gran Turismo '04.

However, I can't find where I can purchase tyres (not wheels).
Does anybody know if that is possible?

The Formula Gran Turismo cannot have any parts purchased for it.

It should be pretty obvious that you can't do a thing to it giving the fact that there is no bubble under any conutry's icon.

Hmm there may be a way to hack some better tires, Look for some hybridding info...
