I think I am making the right assumption that that was a sarcastic comment.

But yes, your right. After doing the same old 4 or 5 chords, "Verse Chorus Verse Solo Chorus" Structure and prancing around in that stupid schoolboy costume for that amount of time, yes. They should move on.
