At this point, PD should really increase the created track limit. In order to test every track on this thread, I would have to delete some of my tracks.

I'm a little confused by this. I can test someone elses track fine without saving it. To use an example, my friend @thehobnob97's track:

I just simply choose Free Run and give it a go. No need to save it amongst the alloted thirty tracks space on your account if you don't want to.

Is this option not available to you?

Then you need to add each player to your friend list in order to test your friend/s courses.
It's better to have more slots to save more courses to your account to have a better chances to try more none friends courses
