Porsche 919 advice?

Does anybody have any tutorials or any advice on making liveries for the 919 hybrid LMP1 race car?


I tried a few times but nothing seems to work out the way I want it to. Especially on the middle of the car and the "roof" section. All of the decals stretch over the middle fin that connects the roof to the wing and no matter what angle or depth I set them at I can not seem to get the decals to work.

Did you try the « align with camera » fonction ? It often works better than the « align with surface » for cars with weird shapes.

I did not try that function, I will have to give it a shot and see what happens.

"Align with camera" does work, but its a little tricky. I think I had the best success with placing them on the roof and then moving down the sides of the shark fin. I'll look for a pic of the Porsche I did.
