Possible Double Xp/Money for B-Spec Bobs Online/Offline

A thought popped into my head and while I'm at work, I'm not able to test this, BUT, can someone tell me

If my 6 Drivers are Shared online, I know I have 0 Bobs to race in B-Spec Mode normally, But if I dont connect GT5 to the internet or PSN, can I unshare the Drivers and use them in Normal B-Spec while my Drivers are Shared ONLINE when I log into PSN?



Just a Thought as this can be useful for Doubling the Amount of XP and Money because you can do B-Spec Enduros OFFLINE while Friends Remote Race your Bobs online?

Nope, if you've set them online, and you start the game offline, you can't use the bob.

Really, I mean it's good that it doesnt work, but also sucks that if I log my drivers to lets say Shared from my House with Internet, and i take my PS3 to a Family members house without internet, I cant Race Bob offline in B-spec. Hmmm


But anyway, Thanks for the Clarification.

Yep, I had set the bobs online, started the game offline and it wouldn't let me change the online status or do anything, so had to log on again.

Whats wrong with only having 5 online and using the 6th for endurance's?

I mean, other then the fact you're relying on friends to generate you money while you're doing nothing..

Nothing wrong with that and I only have maybe 2 people in my Friends list that Actually Share and Remote Race, So I dont rely on that. I have 6 Drivers that I use for my Actual B-Spec Enduros because i know none of my friends like to Remote race. It was just a question and I dont rely on Friends to make me money.

I'm currently Capped at the 20 Mill limit anyways, and Level 36A 32B.

This was just a general Idea to see if it would work for others.

Yep we came to that conclusion. Currently out the house and hosting remote races from my phone lol.

Not possible unfortunately. Enduros require a minimum 3 drivers & some need 4 drivers.

step 1:
On 1 ps3 you will use it for the endurance races. save your game on your flash drive and then start your endurance race of your choice.

step 2:
Take your flash game and start it on your 2nd ps3. share all 6 for your remote races.

step 3:
ok since you dont need your flash drive put it back in your endurance ps3 so you can save those credits and points of your endurance race.

step 4:
let your remote race ps3 have a field day and make you some money and xp,

now where i dont dont about is this. when you have to go in and collect the money your bobs make, which does offline even.

could you load up the flash drive with the new endurance points you just make and go and collect the money from your bobs. or will it be over written since u upload the new flash drive info

Correct, You dont need anymore than 1 Bob to do Endurance Races.

1 bob can finish the 24HR Enduros

Really, ah man. I always stuck 4 in. Does the exp etc get shared amongst the 4 that way or do they all earn the max xp?

If you have more than 1 in the Race then they all Share. If you have 1, then obviously he gets it all!

found that i can use all 6 bobs online and then endurance race at the same time with 1 ps3.

gotta do some careful steps with a flash drive and game saves but it works. gotta love the money and xp you make on the remote races is saved on another server and not on your ps3 lol

save a game to your flash drive with 0 bobs shared.

open up the game and share all 6 bobs, close the game out

delete the game off the ps3 harddrive and upload the save game from the flash drive, it leaves you with all 6 bobs to endurance race with, while the remote races still have the other 6 online earning you money.

once you get done endurance racing, save the game, turn the game off and overwrite the date from your ps3 harddrive to your sd card to get the endurance race points and xp.

load up another game with your saved date you just restored and go to your drivers and collect all the money and xp. the money and xp is saved on another server or so.

so its possible. its pretty much how you dupe cars, just now your doing this lol
