Possible Major Glitch?

So I want to play the prestige missions so I need to complete the story missions, but I've already raced and won this Magnus Walker mission "Red Lines", but both times the mission stayed there and I never got a call from Magnus, I worried this could be a glitch that prevents me from progressing in the story.


UPDATE: after the third attempt it finally let me progress (I still don't know what happened)
