Possible to down tune HP on a car?

I bought a used Mitsu Evo which had 246hp stock. Needed for the Rally beginner class, i was able to race the first race and win, but i needed a oil change badly
Went into GT auto did the oli change and my HP went up to 248hp.

Now i cant use this car for the beginner races

Is it possible to get all of the engine upgrade's then will it allow me to take down the HP so i can use the car?

Just drive the car alot until the oil goes bad again. Then you'll have 246bhp again. Other than that it's not possible to reduce horsepower.

Or just use an Integrale, it destroys the beginner and intermediate rallies. 👍

Or you could just swap out a minor part such as a sport airfilter for a standard one.

Except to have the Evo be under the 245hp cap it has to be 100% stock anyway.
