Completely pointless, but...

If you shark (or cheat, whatever) the friction circle into a race, it actually has a minimap? Didnt expect that, since I thought those were programmed?

Not sure what you're talkin about, friend.

Neither I do most of the time, anyway..

Anyway, nice starting grid!

Ha ha that's funny! Yeah i see..no minimap. Sucahyo HYBRIDLVR, or Sportwagon would probly know the answer.

Thats that thing in the bottom left of the grass? :odd:

The Renault Clio tuned by PD's AI in some race has 173HP, but you can't even tune the Clio to have over 140HP. :grumpy:

I believe they dont use the same upgrades as we do.

What I found off that there IS a minimap, so either PD made it on purpose, or it is generated by an AI line or so?

Dont know if it is just my driving style, but this is for me the most annoying GT2 bug.

When close to a wall, the left (or right, depends on which side the wall is) tyres get stuck in the ground, and bounces off the wall. When trying to correct, it will always be a spin.

I've had this happen alot in Seattle, Tahiti Road, Rome, Grindewald, pretty much everywhere were walls are close to the track.

There's a track map for any piece of track that isn't even a whole circuit; if you GameShark a track like the "eau_rouge", you'll see a map of the road segment. Trouble is, you can't make a race out of it, so all the cars just collide into each other (poorly, too) at the finish line.

Polyphony Digital in VW Lupo Information Screen
The 1.0E does 0-62MPH in (sets alarm clock for when we reach that speed) 17.9 seconds.
!!!

Found when you click the ( i ) button with the Lupo 1.4.

Some of the Nissan Skylines say Nismo at the back, even though it is the regular non-tuned skyline.

Also when you hit a wall your car sometimes just pushes hard down on the suspension.

And when you go in the grass/dirt on Tahiti Road, the grass and dirt gives you the same exact performance as if you was still on the road. :odd:

Odd,verry odd.

Now try to push an AI so it will slip and does a 360 degrees corner. Impossible.
But when a AI pushes you, whoppa, you've made a 360 degrees corner. How annoying
I know. I rember I got so annoyed with this once that I went onto Grand Valley east then cut across the gravel trap and smashed into the A.I's front end at full speed. I sent it flying across the road, into the gravel, then finally into the wall. Then it did a 360 as it bonouced of the wall!

Why it's GTx2?

:lol::lol::lol: YES!! Another car is the Jaguar XJR. After you buy one, take it in your garage..it'll say Jaguar XJR XJR Vehicle!!!

....Jaguar never made any such car. And then were never so inane to make sure it's customers knew they were about to buy a "vehicle!" :ouch:

The Aston Martin DB7 does not shift twice before reaching 50MPH in real life. :grumpy:

Also the Mazda AZ-1's wing is missing, and the Muscle Cars have the words "Muscle car" as part of thier name. :odd:

I once sharked a 50-lap race at Tahiti Maze, and at points you could see tiny cars far ahead of you climbing the hills.

Occasionally at Rome Full you see cars on the other side of the barrier where two distant parts of the lap are physically close together. (At about the point where the short course turns off).

It's probably alread been said, but you can also see a Vector M12 LM Edition Race Car at Trial Mountain 30 Laps in North American versions. (probably 1.0)

Cars with soft suspension and high ride height like the Mitsubishi Pajero, can ride on 3 wheels, sometimes even 2! :D

And I got a picture of the AI's Supra going inside the Dodge Viper. This happens when you are both turning, and moving the same speed, you might slowly slide into the other car, then when you turn or stop, or hold X for too long, you fly out like a rocket. Be careful, this wont help you win a race unless you are on a straightaway.

Ohh yeah and the BMW can't get rims, I tried to go to rim shop, but it says you can't enter this race. :grumpy:

Well another car that can ride on three/two wheels is the Diahatsu Terios Kid. Both of the Pajeros, the Forester, and the Honda Z Turbo can do the same, but much easier.

Also, the FIAT 500 in the [R] 500 Cup have RM's that are impossible to acquire.

Some cars have a difficult-to-spot "alternate color scheme" button to allow you to select from a different set of race mods.

Then why don't I see a different RM for it?

It's only certain cars that have this...not only can you change the color, but you can change the entire racing scheme (different sponsorship). An example would be some of the VW Golfs. And some Skylines i think. There are others but not too many of them, and i'm forgetting what they are.
