power assisted steering (G25) ?

with it on i can feel the cars movments better and be able to figure out how to react... but with it off i can counter steer the counter steer alot better............. what are people using with their wheels?

i started with the power-assist on, it made counter-steering much easier, but when i got a bit better, i turned it off, you can feel the weight shift, transfer and feel the road a LOT better with it off. (g25 user).
