Nuts! I thought this might be the case.. Not having the option to up the power on your car for single race just wants to make me buy faster cars... hard to enjoy my Toyota MR-2 at 200HP..
Also.. how can you enjoy racing a Fiat 500 if i can't up the power a little? boooo.
Fiat fans don't get angry. Just nicer knowing you have 'added' something to the car, and power would have to be one of the fun upgrades i suppose.

..At least you can add some more oomph in drift mode.. but still!

You can't enjoy low power, great handling cars? I enjoy the MR2 just fine without adding rediculous amounts of power. In fact, I usually avoid tuning a lot of cars so I don't mess with their characteristics too much, whats the point in making all the cars handle on rails with piles of power? Its more fun to drive all the cars with their little differences.

You should be able to run pretty much any car in a race and win, they will keep the cars your racing against competitive. If you find it too tough then drop a class down, and the comp level should be that of a fun race.

I actually prefer to drive lower powered cars sometimes Ardius, it's just nice to have the option to up the power, especially if you have a great handling car that you know can handle some more beef, like an MX-5 for example.
