Pre-order bonuses: Can you get them later or in 2014?

I've been looking everywhere but cant find anything on this sadly.
Anyway I simply forgot about the pre-order thing and missed out and so i've delayed buying GT6 until i can find the answer or simply buy the codes off ebay. The question is, can I buy the "precision pack" you get with the pre order seperately as a DLC or something, or is it really ok now i've missed my chance to preorder and thats it im not getting it. Ill probably be buying the aniversary edition anyway so i won't miss out on the other packs.

Mine came with a code with the game. The Code had to be used by a certain date.

I bought mine at GameStop the day after it was released, and the store still had a boatload of Anniversary Editions that had the code for the 25 car pack inside the box.

hmm ok, so if I buy it soon i may still by luck effectively get the pre-order bonuses? But no word on buying the precision pack as DLC i take it. Also as bs13 mentioned the code does not run out for a long time so i can just buy it off ebay. Ok thanks

Well, I spoke too early... the support from Amazon insists that the promotional code they has send me is valid but it's 16 digits ...
