pre-order cars... one time only???

does anyone know if you get pre order cars say from Gamestop or otherwise if they are one time only like previous stealth or chrome cars or can you re-purchase them from the dealer like dlc cars such as Toyota 86 or Aventador??? Would hate to modify one with permanent stuff such as chassis reinforcement or the like and be stuck with it!!!

I don't think anyone can answer that for definite. But I'd hope for the latter.

I'm going to guess it's a one time shot, although the regular version of the car will always be available in the dealership.

I'm guessing this, so don't go off dropping engine upgrades and weight reductions on it too soon or you might regret it!

i dont think the anniversary versions will even have upgrades. although it would peculiar if you couldn't buy them in game after they showed the prices for them.

They come slightly upgraded.
I don't remember is stealths/chromeline cars could be upgraded or not.

I can vouch for chromlines being engine and weight upgradable. All other parts were racing anyway.

The 15th anniversary cars are for the most part only very slightly modded, with a couple exceptions. Most of them do not seem to have any weight reduction performed either.
