Preventing rev bounce

Hi, how can I prevent my cars from rev bouncing? This isn't specific to one car but many, I've tried making the gears longer but still the revs bounce. This is when I'm moving from idle by the way. Help is appreciated.

I guess what Windmill means is:
When u exit a corner and accelerate the rev bounces “like wheel spin” but I shift up in this moment the rev falls down in the next gear.
I’ve got that problem on my Group.3 M3 and Aston Martin. I tried some Diff setups but have the same problem and assume it has something to do with the chassis setup but haven’t found any solution till now.

That's not really a car problem. When that happens, just wait it out. It means the driven tires lost their grip and are spinning all over the place. Wait for it to bite down on the tarmac again (Indicated by the rev coming down on its own, or by continuing to rev bounce at a much higher frequency) before shifting up

Okay,
I just know it from “overpowered” FF cars when u accelerate and the tyres begin to bounce on the street.
In Germany we call it to “stamp” and u can improve it a little bit by making the motor housing a bit stronger.

When doing transmission flip move final gear to the right then move top speed to the left then adjust your gears and then take final gear move to the left to adjust for track you are planing to use.
