Problem option messages !

I have been experiencing a problem for 3 days, I am no longer the insertion option for my messages,

an idea??

Change the zoom level in your browser. You can do this by holding down CTRL (on Windows) or the Command key (on Mac) and pressing the 'plus' + or 'minus' – buttons on your keyboard. Depending on your browser, you can also reset your zoom level, usually from the View menu, and reset the zoom to "Actual Size".

I actually had my Zoom at 110%
now it works with 100%
