Problem with car restriction

I am trying top join a race with a car requirement of 1969 or earlier, and my only good car is the buick special '62. No matter where i select that car, it says that I meet the tire requirement but not the year. Anybody elst have this problem, or know how to fix it? Thanks.

Its a tuner car, not a genuine '60s vehicle, so its ineligible.

You know, in my garage when I sort by year, it acts like the Buick Special doesn't have a year, and puts it in sorted like it's earlier than my 40s cars.

Exactly, it has no year because it has 2 years, a birth and a rebirth, one in 1962 and another in 2003 or 2004
