Problem with headset

Hey,

I finally got my headset (Gioteck ex-01) and it works fine in german lobbys. But when i try to speak in lobbys from foreign countrys it doesn't react. does somebody know this problem and an answer?

the person who made the lobby has the chat settings low or off....make your own lobby. see what it tells you Recommended to make... Race quality & Chat quality... mine are both recommended High but my friens recommends low...he has trouble chatting and driving in rooms
