problem with ps3 on screen keyboard

I got a problem with the on screen keyboard . Sometime it won't type some of the letters or it deleted the word I typed when hit the SPACE or ENTER key. If anyone has the same problem before and know how to fix it please let me know .Thanks

Just a suggestion, but I would call Sony customer service.
