problem with remote race server

sorry if this has been asked, but I searched and did not find an answer.

this morning, I did one successful remote race, then tried another one and got the warning. "unable to retrieve race start information from remote race server"

what does this mean? did my ps3 drop from the network?

I had the same message today.
When I got home there was a popup with "Event not found" in GT5 and was logged off the network.

I'm running fine from the PS3 this morning but trying to run remotely is giving me "400" errors like crazy. Maybe Sony is having server issues since it appears the problems have been related to my computer talking to the PS3. Once I do get a race running keeping it updated/talking to the PS3 is out much more often then on.

hmmm, well the fact that there isn't a bunch more complaining makes me think it's my system and not the servers. I did update java and Win7 service pack this morning. I wonder if one of them is the reason I keep getting 400 errors.

Nope....I'm getting the same 400 errors today........everything was fine yesterday.

Not for me it wasn't. I was at home. No issues playing it from the PS3 but when I went to the other room and tried running it remotely, error city today.

I got a message error on my laptop saying the website was undergoing maintenance.other than that anyway mine is fine.been remote racing from my iPhone smoothly with no problems what so ever

The website has been slow and unreliable. I've been locked in a race all day. I'm guessing I'll have to restart my PS3 when I get home to correct the issue.

Was happening to me this morning. I shut the PS3 and computer down and restarted. That fixed it.
