Problem with Skyline R34 '02

Hi guys i've a strange problem, i've bought a Skyline GT-R V spec II Nur R34 '02 and maxed out everything and make a tuning found in this forum, but now i've 784 HP and not 797 or more like most of you say! What's wrong with my Skyline? I've spent a lot of money!!!! Help me!!

Well if you've already done an Oil change, Drive it for awhile and you'll watch the power rise as you break in the motor.
