Problem with the 15th Anniversary HSV

Seems my 15th Anniversary HSV can't select the High RPM Range Turbo Kit. I went to the shop; it says the item is purchased. But when I go to my car's settings it's only up ill Mid RPM Range.

Is there a way to go around it or is anyone else having this problem as well with their HSV cars?

Why the "need" for more power?

So I can use it in future races that has a 680PP limit. Also if I paid (virtual) money for something, it should be there; not hidden or gone like that!

I paid good (virtual) money for that kit!
