EDIT: The wheel works now, turns out I needed to install the firmware on the dongle, not the data usb as I was doing. Thanks to Thomas for the help.
I recently got the Fanatec 911 Turbo (not the S version) as a gift. I tried connecting it to my PS3, and it seemed to work. Both dongle lights are lit, and I can navigate through the XMB in either PC or PS3 mode. I loaded up GT5P, and I was able to start up a race. But when it came time to drive, the wheel does not respond; it just vibrates when I step on the gas. Interestingly, I can only navigate through GT's menu's in PC mode; in PS3 mode none of the buttons work.
I'm also not entirely sure of what to do with the data usb. I tried downloading the firmware on the Fanatec site, but when I ran the .exe, it said "no device detected" which apparently means it's already updated. I turned the date to 2007, and I've reconnected the wheel and pedals to the dongle but nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
