i bought gt4 the 1st day it came out and about 2 months later it stopped working, i couldnt repair the disc in anyway, so a bought another new copy and same thing 1 month later, and just about a week ago i bought a copy from gamestop and it worked great until today, then i went in and traded it for another copy which does not work and the crazy thing is that all of my other games work fine in my ps2. any thoughts!?

Sounds like you have the Disc Read Error issue, that may be solved by cleaning or adjusting your laser lens. Do a search within the GT4 forum for both "Disc Read Error" & "Disk Read Error" and you should find plenty of threads that deal with this issue, and how to rectify it.
Since this has been discussed many times before we'd like you to continue your questions in one of the existing threads after reading some of the information in them, and this thread will be locked to new posts.
Also, proper English is a requirement of our Acceptable Use Policy that you've agreed to when you registered here. There's a link to it at the bottom of every page on GT Planet, but it requests use of capital letters and punctuation where appropriate, e.g. "I" not "i" and using apostrophes in words like "couldn't".
