Hi all,

I want to use my Ford GT LM Spec II Test Car for the Nürburgring Nordschleife 24 hour event.

But, I have this annoying problem where my rear wheels spin like crazy, which results me spinning out when I exit a corner and it wears down my rear tyres very quickly. I press down slightly on the accelerator pedal and my car is a bit twitchy exiting the corner.

I have tried messing about with the settings here is the setup so far...

Supension is stock.

Downforce
Front: 40
Rear: 70 (max)

LSD
Initial Torque / Front: 0 / Rear: 10
Accelecration Sensitivity / Front: 0 / Rear: 30
Braking Sensitivity / Front: 0 / Rear: 25

Driving Options
Racing Soft tyres
Traction Control: 8
Skid Recovery Force: Off
Active Steering: Off
ASM: On
ABS: 4

Just wondering if anyone could give me some tips 👍

Thanks.

with what you have here its hard to help, but you could start by setting the LSD int to 20-30. It won't fix the problem but it should make the car easier to catch. To fix the problem you will need to adjust the suspension. Post what you have and you are sure to get help.

And I have that on my ford dont accelerate to much shift up and then when out of corner down shift and you will be fine hope this help

I don't Know if you have the super-charger on this or not but here is what I recommend.

Trans
top speed 186
final 2.950
1st 3.409
2nd 2.369
3rd 1.851
4th 1.475
5th 1.177
6th 0.940

LSD
int 20
accel 30
deccel 25

Downforce 50< 70
ride height -10 < -6
spring 12.8 < 14.2
rebound 5 < 5
bound 5 < 6
Anti-roll 6 < 5
Camber 1.0 < 0.5
toe 0.00 < 0.00
Brakes 6 < 5

You might have to play with the rear camber. More will keep the rear inline during corner entry and apex but sacrifice exit traction; less has the opposite effect.

The stock suspension setup had an oversteer balance, I gave it more of an understeer balance.

You could also try taking front Downforce off. Not to much, this will give the car some understeer so the rear wont kick out. + Rear Toe will help also but may also effect tire wear in general but should help. I would try everything mentioned first before trying toe.
