Problems with Windows Movie Maker..

Well, my dad told me this morning to search for a forum to post his problem up, so I figured I'd ask the computer people at GTP. Well..He's in Movie Maker and has taken a very high resolution picture with our video camera. He loads it into WMM, and when he views it, the picture's clear and how it should be. When he tries to insert it into a movie, it gets (as he says) "To be a really low res, it's so blurry you can't even see what's going on." Anyone know what's happening here?

you mean it turns crappy when he exports it or tires to save it? If so check the compression settings
