I have heard about the Professional difficulty level in Arcade Mode, but I haven't tried it yet. Has anyone tried it and won? What, if anything, was unlocked?

I personally haven't tried it yet. I did do a couple of single races and won in the Hardest setting, but it didn't seem to keep track what races I won, so I stopped playing the Arcade mode.
