Progress removed (but I’ve still got existing credits)

PLEASE HELP.
I moved from Xbox to play station for this one game. Spent over 20+ hours in gameplay unlocked and bought all my favourite cars, Bought credits with my own coin, bought online had an amazing time.
And then I logged in one day last week to my game being reset. But it still looks like I’ve got my cars and credits. Please help me get it back.

How do you define reset?

And why create another thread for the exact same matter?

The message at the top of the screen quite clearly indicates you're in the middle of a championship. Finish it to continue your progress.

Gotta say, never seen the icons be greyed out before (because I completed the championships in one sitting )

Define active book menu?
Meaning the championship that’s on the top left of the screen? I just think it’s odd it’s all greyed out

The Menu Book you currently have active. It shows at the top of the World Map screen with a gold compass icon next to it. In this case it's "Championship: Pan-American Championship" (which is Menu Book 29)

It's all greyed out because you've started the championship and not finished it. Championship events must be completed in full before you can continue your progress.
