WMD guys only had access to PC builds because that's just how it works, so the only way we'd see console videos prior to release would be from reviewers

Will we get to see videos of the game for regular PS4 and will we also get some feedback from WMD members about how this runs on the regular PS4 prior to release?
I also wanna know if my OG ps4 wont melt trying to run this game :P:)

No, that is far from "only way"... imo, only REAL and HONEST way is normal way.

Who has better access then devs themselves?!

The normal way is of developer/publisher themselves producing their own on both CONSOLES material showcasing how gameplay and features actualy perform performance wise.

And yes, it can be quite low cost regarding time and money - because they can simply use their PC material as a template, just replicate it on both consoles.

They could maybe just add aditional comentary let say if there are cases where on PC certean features are "entirely simulated and rendered in real time" while on consoles "parts of that feature are identical to PC but these and those are baked in because it IS imposible otherwise on console"... And stuff like that.

From GOLD build ofc. and officialy produced by dev or publisher, not some "private Joe" playing around with some ancient journalist build.

The whole "Gold" concept is pretty much irrelevant these days IMO - it's nothing more than a developement milestone now really. The important version is the one we will actually be playing on release day, and that is almost never the gold version any more. The important version is the day 1 patch version, which reviewers should be presumably getting their hands on imminently.

This is what I want to see video's and reviews of PRIOR to release day. I want to make an informed purchasing decision, especially regarding a possible pre order. Otherwise it's a risky purchase (see F12017 as to why). I don't want pre order inducements to get me to buy the game, I want information.

You'll get no argument from me, and yeah - F1 2017 is a perfect example of why "Gold" is a pretty worthless benchmark build to review. Hopefully you'll get just that from the reviewers over the next couple of weeks. Well, probably in the second week, if they are giving it a proper review. You can "pre"order up to the day before release so there's no rush just yet.
