Allah or Jesus

Living in the Detroit area I can concur with this, we have more Muslims in our neighborhood monthly and they are very active in the schools preaching all the time about their "rights" and how tolerant we should be of their faith. However tolerance is a one-way street with them. We are to learn about Ramadan, etc. but they are not to learn about Easter or Christmas. What is below is very true. "In God We Trust"

The Basics of Islam
This is a must read -- it's short but Very informative!

The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in the United States, especially in the minority races!

Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance.

During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say.

The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers.

When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: "Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world. And, that by killing an infidel, which is a command to all Muslims, they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?"

There was no disagreement with my statements and without hesitation, he replied, "Non-believers!"

I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can go to Heaven. Is that correct?"

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just gotten caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

He sheepishly replied, "Yes."

I then stated, "Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering Protestants to do the same in order to go to Heaven!"

The Imam was speechless.

I continued, "I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me. Let me ask you a question. Would you rather have your Allah who tells you to kill me in order to go to Heaven or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to Heaven and He wants you to be with me?"

You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.

Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the "Diversification" training seminar were not happy with Rick's way of dealing with the Islamic Imam and exposing the truth about the Muslim's beliefs.

I think everyone in the U.S. should be required to read this, but with the liberal justice system, liberal media, and the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized

Please pass this on to all your e-mail contacts. This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader in prison ministry.

This isn't official government propaganda...this is official US hate groups and misinformed bigots with access to the internet .

The question is how many actually believe this ?

I don't believe a word of it. Sounds like one guy trying to get out his point of view and hoping that whoever reads it will agree with him and his stupidity.

When I got it it had 92 other recipients on it...I virus scaned it and opened it because the person who sent it thought it was a hate mail letter and wanted to know if I was of the same opinion.

I'm not but still think the sentiment is a common one among Americans.

I was just reading about how Europe is going crazy over the " immigration " ( read Muslims ) issue and thought it was ironic.

I love how at the end he blames it on the "liberal media."

What a closed-minded bigot. Someone should ask that man if he's ever heard of a little thing called the Crusades.

I certainly do not agree nor fall for rubbish of this nature, but would share your worries about the people who do, or who are swayed by it.

Its rubbish and dangerous rubbish at that.

Regards

Scaff

I suppose with a slight adjustment, the same could be said of Christianity
The minister gave a great presentation of the basics of Christianity, complete with a video. After the presentations time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn I directed my question to the minister and asked: "Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that in Exodus 35:2, the Bible instructs Christians to kill everyone who works on the sabbath: 'Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the Lord: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.'"

There was no disagreement with my statement.

I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight. God has commanded Christians to kill everyone who works on Sunday, even Muslims and other non-Christians?"

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just gotten caught with his hand in the cookie jar. He sheepishly replied, "Yes."

I then said, "Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine the Prophet Muhammad commanding all Muslims to kill those of your faith for not observing the Muslim sabbath."

The minister was speechless.

I continued, "I also have problem with your Bible commanding all Christians to stone to death anyone who criticizes your God, as detailed in Leviticus 24:16. Let me ask you a question . . . would you rather have your God who tell you to kill me in order to go to heaven or my Allah who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and wants you to be with me?"

You could have heard a pin drop as the minister hung his head in shame.

and with an easy bit of searching you'd find it all doesn't quite add up as stated in the email. Snopes clears the Air.

The whole point is to bring it out in the open shine light on it and expose it and destroy it.

At least thats my intention. Too many people think this crap is true.

Regardless of whatever may have transpired at the prison training session referred to above, the larger point the writer is attempting to make in this piece is a grossly inaccurate one. Islam is not a monolithic religion in which unanimity of belief and action is coordinated from a central authority; it has well over a billion adherents in countries all over the world who belong to any one of a number of different sects with varying beliefs, traditions, and interpretations of scripture. (As well, some religious groups identify themselves as Islamic but are not recognized as such by the vast majority of Muslims.) No one Muslim (especially one who wasn't even a cleric) could speak to what all of Islam believes, any more than a single member of a Methodist congregation could speak for every denomination and follower of Christianity.

As National Geographic reporter Frank Viviano found during extensive travels through the region, even in Saudi Arabia, the heart of Islam, Muslims were far from holding the idea that "All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not" Muslim — even the notion that other religions should be barred from the home of Islam was disputed:
At one majlis, I asked a noted Muslim scholar, an imam, how Islam's venerable assertion of religious tolerance could be reconciled with Saudi Arabia's ban on Christian churches in the kingdom.

"It was the command of God, conveyed to us through the Prophet Muhammad, that no other religion be permitted in the land where Islam was born," the imam replied.

To my surprise, another guest picked a point-for-point argument with him. "I've heard that allusion a hundred times, and nobody has ever convinced me that this is what the Prophet's words really meant," he said.

Mine too. I've struggled with my religion for a long time, and if it weren't for the very, very regular and long connected "coincidences" I wouldn't believe what I do believe.

Although, even that leaves me with a different prognosis of what religion can really be.

Dont get me wrong I am not against religion at all...just idiots using it to foment hate and to use others as tools to press their agenda or politics .

If we keep exposing them ...it ruins their message , at least to those that actually believe its being exposed...some may be too far gone and think its just another attempt to talke their soul and give it to the devil ...or something ..:)

We have enough problems with Radical Islamist to have idiots like these add to it by proving the radicals right .

"Religion" like this is not much more than an attempt to legitimize the tribal instinct of "You are not us. You must be destroyed."

👍 Good post, ledhed...

Unfortunately, there are plenty of people who will seek to exploit people's insecurities and fears in order to further their own agenda of intolerance and hatred...

Well Mr mars we need to point at them and say " shame on you " more often.

We have a huge fight on our hands as it is and we need not make it worse by spreading lies about the very people who can be our biggest allies.

Its self destructive and counter to our goals....along with being bigoted and disgracefull . And as I said ..we need not help the radicals to prove their point for them by our own words and actions ...even if its by a few misguided idiots .

Look at my " sig " ironic isnt it?

But if your a Normal everyday Muslim reading that E-mail.....it drives home a point .

We need not do the recruiting for terrorist they are doing fairly well all by themselves.

Radical Muslims? How about Radical Christians giving everyone a bad name.

It is people like this that cause more harm to a religion than help. I'm along the lines of live and let live. I won't force my religion choice on you, and you shouldn't on me.

These morons(or morons just like them) protested a funeral for Naval officer that died in Iraq trying to dismantle a bomb. The happened in my small "city" I wasn't able to go to it because of prior engagement. But these people actually preach that God loves dead soldiers because gay people are in the USA.

It's BEYOND OBVIOUS that not all Muslims believe that death should come to all non-Muslims because they wouldn't witness about their faith, they'd simply kill you for being non-Muslim. But there are enough extremists in Islam and Christianity(though the Christians aren't suicide bombing...yet). But that doesn't make the Christian extremists any better then the Islamic. Infact, I think the Christian extremists are worse because they live in a country that wasn't there's to begin with, exercising rights granted to them by said country and want to KILL all people that don't agree with them. Yeah, that's absolute hypocrisy.
