Will the new PS4 controller work with GT6 ?
Its rumoured to work but you will need a ps3 controller to operate the PSN button. No special functionality on the ps4 controller though.
Thanks for the response guys.I am presently using it for F12013 and really like the short stick for steering. He might be doing it for the improved PS4 triggers... thats enough for some ppl

Yes, the controller needs to be connected to the PS3 via USB , it will not work wireless. The only button that does not work is the PS button.F1 2013 on PS3 with DS4 ???

They are so much better. The controller is a MASSIVE improvement over the DS3. It has more weight, the triggers are actually triggers so you fingers don't just slide off, the analog sticks are concave instead of convex, it's just a major improvement. Are the thumbsticks any better than the ds3 sticks or are they the same loose, flailing, weenie stubs?
I wouldn't be surprised it worked. Almost any controller, even generic PC controllers with a USB connection work with the PS3. Why wouldn't a real Sony one work?
See this is the problem I think I'm going to have with the DS4, I've been a D-pad user for steering since 1998, X for gas and square for brakes. Its like they are trying to force people to use the analog sticks to steer with on the DS4. I've heard the D-pad on the DS4 is different from the DS3 with no pressure sensitivity. I'm curious to see how this is going to play out, I guess another reason they want everybody to transition to a wheel. I guess no DS3 support for the PS4 either.
