Is there a way to play my ps2 through my monitor w/ out video capture card? I'm guessing no.. but i have frugal hopes.

If you have an ATI Radeon card, you can connect the PS2 to the video card.

Other than that, you either need to use a capture card or a video camera.

How thio I have a 9600 PRO 256mb, i think theres only an output?

i think he means the ALL-In-Wonder cards, which cost a hell of a lot of Money

Does having all the stuff in a video card,reduces the performance of the video card for games?

not any more than u'd expect.. it doesnt reduce gameplay at all. its just extra stuff on the card
