I'm hoping someone here can help me out. Just got a ps4 this Monday.
I can successfully connect to the Internet. At first I could not for the love of god log onto psn. After talking with Sony they said it was my internet provider and that I had to open Internet ports or whatever. So I did that and now I can log on psn no problem.
What hasent changed is my connection speed.
I'm not sure if that's good or bad but as I play battlefield 4 there's times I lag and it makes me very frustrated and when I look for a server the connection is always one bar and when I went over a friends house I got I think 11.1mbps instead of the 13.4 Kbps I get here which doesn't makes sense because my internet is like 50x faster than his.
Was curious if anybody would know the problem for this?
EDIT: sorry if I posted in the wrong place.
