PS4's Hard Drive Capacity Greater Than 1TB? Is This Worth it?

As we all know by now, there will be a cold day where we will see laptop hard disks that are greater than 1TB be made compatible with the Playstation 4.

I spotted an article on yahoo yesterday that introduced me to this little bugger from Nyko, the Data Bank. Nyko claims that you can actually fit a relatively less expensive 3.5" desktop into the PS4's stock location. While granted, this does require you to replace your stock drive, this device also claims that there are no additional power cords needed.

It supposedly will come out in April for a $40 price tag.

As someone who is looking forward to expanding Hard Disk capacity, is this worth it?

Just get the biggest one you can afford ... bigger is better in HDD world.

Edit* I totally missed the point! sorry yeah that looks cool function wise, look's it dont .. but games on next gen are going to only get bigger so yeah i would get one

If you find 2TB is enough, get one of these: Link and take the hard drive out of enclosure and put in the PS4. Much more sleek keeping PS4 stock looking and quite a cheap way of doing it. Here is an article about how to do it: Link

This ^^^^

I did it myself and it was so easy, had it all done within half an hour. Plus you can put the HDD you've taken out of the PS4 into the case and use it as an extra portable HDD.

If you can deal with how it looks I can't see a reason to not buy it, really, I'm surprised such a device has taken this long to come to market. There's also this option: A guy added an external hard drive caddy to his PS4, installed various games on separate hard drives then cased them in hollowed-out NES cartridges so it looks like his PS4 plays NES carts.

I love the idea, but sadly I am without a 3D printer. I also lack the necessary hard drives to make the whole thing work.
