Your mission, should you accept it, is to turn this nice and cute Renault Clio into something spectacular!

Nah, not really. You just got to be careful not to cut their legs or feets... I already did it, doesn't look half bad, if you crop the part of the pic that repeats itself at the top.

This is strange. When I try to open it in PS, it only shows about 3/5 of the picture.

Works fine here, wonder what the problem is... Did you try re-saving it to your hd?

It's happening with every file. I tried doing the screen shot in PS7, but I had to go and open up PSP.

That's strange... Probably a problem with Photoshop, if it does that with every file...

I restarted the computer, works fine now. I think I had too many programs open. (PS, Quicken, Excel, AIM, IE...)

Well, i'm debating wether my " GT3 TVR Reflex Spice" color change is good or not... and if i'll even consider entering it, i'm not satisfied with it.
