Everything was fine for me an hour ago. Although, there is a servrrror for me in Gran Turismo 5.

I did this and got back on. Put PS3 into standby, then remove power cord. After reset your modem (not sure on router as I don't use one), wait until modem is completely rebooted and plug back in PS3 and enjoy. Worked for me the first time I tried.

I think it's been completely restored for over an hour, no need to do that.
