PSN help?

I have changed my main account's password but when I tried to do the same with the second account it told me to go online and do it there and showed me the e-mail I provided.The link to reset the password has been sent to that e-mail but the problem is its the wrong e-mail address,there is on letter missing,I must have mispelled it when creating the new account and I dont know how it got through to psn if it was not a valid e-mail.

Any suggestion about how to recover my second account and reset the password?
So how come I was able to change my main account password from the ps3 but for the second account I have to open a link from my e-mail?

If the domain name is correct, try to create that incorrect email account then you would be able to receive the email.

You used your main account to download something so you where able to reset using PS3.

if your secondary account e-mail is screwed/fake/not usable for whatever reason... you will have to call Sony cutomer support if you want to recover that account.

I've had a similar issue, although the PS3 definitely displayed the correct email address for them to send me the email I need in order to reset my password. I can't even do that, because I haven't yet received the email....should have received it yesterday. It's DEFINITELY the correct email address that showed up on the PS3 after the update, on the screen telling me they would send an email to me!

Kinda worried it means my account's been messed with. Hope there's an easier explanation.

Can anyone offer any advice? Would be appreciated.

im having a similar problem. i made an account long ago and meant to make a new e mail account as well. obviously i didnt. i got the go to a pc email message.

so i just made a new email account using the one i put on my psn account as my email address.

it didnt work. didnt recieve an email to tell me how to reset my password. now if i try signing into PSN just get a network error.

no biggie, right? just start a new account and a new GT5 game...yeah right! so many hours invested its crazy!

was hoping someone else had this problem and found a solution already here.

is it possible to transfer game saves from an old account to a new one?
