Someone please help, everytime i try to resize something, and choose one pixel size, i have to set the other manually. It doesn't automatically do it itself like before.

What did i do wrong? How do i fix this problem? :(

Another thing i notice, sometimes when i resize the canvas doesn't get smaller to fir the picture... it just stays the same....

Oh, no, MANUALLY. HOW DAMN SAD!

Need me to tell you about my Media Player trouble? Then you'll be crying, all right.

I don't know about you, but i don't like pictures coming out like this after i resize them:

Check the "Maintain aspect ratio of" option box. A ratio of 1.33333 will keep the "normal" sizes, like 1600x1200, 1024x768, 800x600, etc.

Wow, thanks a lot.

It's good, but 1.5385 seems to work better for me. Either way, you did help. I think it was just that the box was unchecked. :)

[edit] i misread you canvas problem. what you are saying, that when you go to resize the canvas, it doesnt change at all, right?

If thats the case, double check the measurement are what you want them to be.

Anyways, i found it easy if i always make the canvas a square, before i resize, that way i dont get scrunched images.

I've had a lot of things un-checked lately...

Hey Viper Zero, can you tell me why sometimes i can't select "Exsisting Palette" so i can make pictures transparent without making them grainy? =\

I use PSP7 nad can not even freaking put a layer correctly on something. Hell, I do not even know what a layer is. :(

A layer is another picture, put on one picture.

Right click the picture you want to put on top, select copy, then go onto the first picture, right click there, and select Paste as new layer.

From there, you can use the Toggle Layer Palette to either change the opacity of the first or second layer, or make the image...different looking. You'll understand when you get there.

Viper Zero, i'm afraid i have another problem. :(

I'm really sorry, but could you help me again? [Hah, you said i had the skills.... :P]

I can't make transperencies without grainyness showing. For some odd reason, i cannot select "Exsisting Pallete". What am i doing wrong? :(

You can only use exisiting palette on gif files. Jpeg, bmp, etc. have the option greyed out.

The pic below is a gif file converted from a jpeg.
