Btw guys, still working on the complete Sarthe boundary outline, but here's some of the first few for you guys to get an idea of how the overlays work.
Pretty much, the green tinted areas are track, the red are not. Two tires on the green at all times, if you have three tires on the red, (or obviously out non-colored areas) it's dirty.
The four blue tire markers represent a car traveling on a just clean path. Meaning that where the tires are is exactly on the edge of being clean.
The most important layout here is the first chicane on the Mulsanne straight, the Playstation chicane.
As you'll notice, the green goes beyond the white line, which we don't consider to be a hard track boundary line. So as long as you end up on the rumble strip on exit, it's clean.
You can knock over bollards and stay clean as well, as you'll notice in the third image down here. It's all about the strips and certain white lines, pay no mind to the green bollards.
And also to note; I'm only highlighting areas that are possible to cut to gain time.
