Ok, so what does it mean when your driver is showing an orange arrow pointing downwards and how do you know when his career is at an end and you need to retire him? Thanks.

From what I've noticed is that the arrows are his health status or similar.
He have to retire when the Career bar is ful, but you'll change him before that since he starts to drive worse at the end.

I think it's count measured because my other drivers which are fairly close in level have about 1/15 of the Career bar while the one that I've done over 170 races with have come almost half way through.

The way the arrow points means the condition in which the driver is at the moment. Even without racing for a while a driver with a blue arrow turns to have an orange one.

Then go to the Bspec subforum...

The arrows is his attitude I think green is good up on a diagonal means he's getting cocky and needs a break and down diagonal arrow means he needs to seriously flog someone to feel good about himself. This is all probably wrong but checks out perfectly in my spec events
