Question about DFP and NFSU2 for PC

Ok, Ive had my DFP for a while, and I think its great, but I want to also play it on the PC(I also have it on PS2 which im playing right now) But is there anyway that I can put the wheel into 900 mode? I cant change anything in the options mode, so I was wondering if there was a program that would make it to 900 mode.

Wingman profiler will let you adjust it to any degree of rotation you please. I prefer 700 because I find this suites the range of games I play best.

Except Carbon, I have to use 200 mode for carbon.
