Question about dwarfism, etc

Does anyone know if there is a form of dwarfism where the body stays 100% in proportion and the voice stays high-pitched/'unbroken'? If so, could you link me to the wiki/article about it?

Using my admittedly meager knowledge of dwarfism, I do remember that, rather unlike the more common form of dwarfism that I see, Primordial Dwarfism can end up with adults looking just like small children.

Hmm, I didn't find anything in those links that 100% fits what i'm looking for, but it was certainly interesting reading, so thanks to both of you.
