Question about GT Sport?

I was just wondering if GT Sport is just a prologue to GT7, or is GT Sport the whole shooting match, and there will not be a GT7? Just wondering..

It's not a GT7 prologue. It's a new direction for GT emphasizing online multiplayer, and GT7 is not known to be in development.

GT Sport will eventually be a full blown GT game, but it needs many more updates before it can be called that. I would be a lot of content to be released over the next 12-18 months.
