So the Geneva 2019 has concluded, Roland Gumpert just introduced the RG Nathalie EV sports car. Now I'm a bit confused.

At Geneva, we also saw two similarly named Hispano Suiza vehicles from different companies showcased at the show (there is already a thread about that).

My question is this, are the old Gumpert Apollo models be under Apollo Automobile owned by Ideal Team Ventures (who built the Apollo IE) or the newly created Roland Gumpert on which is owned by Aiways (who built the RG Nathalie concept)?

Will the defunct Gumpert Sportmanufaktur follow Gumpert-Aiways lineage or it stays within the confines of Apollo-ITV?

Thanks!

I believe that Gumpert fell into financial difficulties in 2013, and was eventually bought and rebranded as Apollo, with Roland Gumpert removed from the company in 2016.

So what used to be Gumpert is now Apollo. The Gumpert Apollo car is no longer made, but Apollo has the Arrow and IE.

The new Gumpert is Roland Gumpert's company, but part of Aiways.
