So yesterday I made a vinyl for my BMW in shift 2, and I thought I'd make one fro my honda s2000.....so I clicked on it and clicked on edit custom or something and made a vinyl, and when I went back to the bmw it had changed to the vinyl I had just made for my honda.....so my question is, how do you make multiple custom vinyls?

This may seem stupid but I can't figure it out.

I believe it is a bug... and you cant sell some cars because you will loose other cars custom vinil... :ouch: the other day I sold a GT1 car (note that GT1 cars dont have custom livery option) and lost my Porsche cayman custom livery...

I have even seen a viper in a replay from the eliminator race (so not MY viper) get a vinyl I made for another car.
It was the weirdest thing. Suddenly the car wasn't green anymore but grey with some decals...

Strange...

Yep. Although EA/SMS can check the box for 'livery editor' on their must-be-in-the-game-list, going for the default liveries is probably your safest bet.
The colour editor has some bugs too

I think the Custom vinyl is just one vinyl that you can make and choose for every car. I've only been using the Edit option on every car and haven't had this problem yet. Made a few vinyls already. So I don't think it's a bug, if you want multiple vinyls you just have to use the Edit option instead of Custom.

In theory you can make a livery for each car. In practice it is a bit buggy though.
