Question about "Open Lobby" internet speed/connection.. Need Help.

Two questions here:
1. Is there a way for the host of a lobby to see the connection speed of people who enter into their Lobby?
I got kick out of a room last night, before the cars even entered the track and I'm pretty sure the host said to me, "sorry, but your connection is too slow", and then I was booted. I would see if he saw my car glitching around and then got booted. But I had just entered the lobby and was trying to pick a car..... Anyway, just curious.

2nd question... When choosing a Lobby in "Open Lobby" what does the Bar Graph (seems like a connection strenght meter) on the Right side of the screen... mean excactly???
Is that how well the host is connected???
Or.. how well you will connect to the host???
Is it safe to Enter a room with no "bars"??
When I click the "recommend" box, sometimes it still gives me rooms with No bar strength.... not understanding
Anyway, just trying to figure the whole thing out.

I don't think there is really a way to see the people joining your rooms connection. Maybe the speed you was loading the track?

You should be able to click the help or manual and it will explain everything. If I remember correctly the bars indicate lag/latency and the stars indicate room quality. More is better.

It could just be you were the last one loading and you were taking too long to load.
