Ummm they mentioned Driftgod because it seems he has a website about hybrids, not for drifting. And for most people drifting isn't about speed it's about style. If you can drift slow, than with 10 min of practice with soft tires you can drift fast. I find drifting with soft tires just looks strange almost looks like is fast-forwarded. Not that there is anything wrong with that but you can't say you are better because you can drift faster it just not relevant.

My lil bro showed me his drift and it was pretty good... BuT! really slow. I took the same car (stock FD sim tires) and drifted a lot faster, not so surprisingly he was shocked and continued practising. He said it looked weird cause it was so fast. He had just gotten used to the slow drift and that's why he thought it was weird. Drifting fast with sim tires needs skill. I haven't used any other tyres in ages, cause for eg. driving with supersofts feels like driving on rails, and you have to use more power and just mostly powerover drifting. Sim tires and 100 to 300bhp cars are the best in my opinion.

Check out my drifts though in my sig

I guess I can tune it down then ....

Allright... now he says that he'd drift better with a stock FTO.
Could be true since he can handle FFs better than i can.
Although i tuned the car so that it has slightly more grip on the front, to make the car oversteer A LOT!. The power was just slightly raised, suspension and brakes had major tweaking and there we had an FF that didn't need sidebrake at all.
The car gently drifts one corner after another, using Feint, Acel off, left foot braking... but no handbrake.
